Where do you ship?
We proudly ship across Canada, reaching every province and territory. Plus, we deliver to doorsteps far and wide—wherever you are, BathKandy can find you! Check shipping options at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location:
Within Canada: Typically 1–7 business days from shipment, depending on your province.
Other Destinations: Allow 3–14 business days for farther spots, depending on logistics.
Orders leave our facility within 1–3 business days. You’ll get a tracking link once it’s on its way!
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. For farther destinations, extra fees like customs duties or taxes may apply.
When will my Kandy Konfidential box arrive?
Shipping Timeline: Kandy Konfidential boxes generally ship mid-month (around the 15th). Delivery times vary by location, but most subscribers get their box by the end of the month.
**Special note: The first Kandy Konfidential box will ship around the 28th of April, 2025.**
Tracking: We’ll send you a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your box is on its way—keep an eye on your inbox!
How will I know what the contents of the Kandy Konfidential box will be?
This is the beauty of the box! We bank on the element of surprise to select products that will WOW you and leave you pleasantly surprised every month. What we can guarantee is that you’ll always be excited and will love our bi-monthly selections—crafted just for you!
When will I be billed?
First Order or Subscription: You’re charged when you sign up—whether it’s a one-time purchase or your first Kandy Konfidential box.
After That: We bill on the last day of the month prior to your next box (e.g., May 30 for the June box). Annual plans renew on the last day of your 12-month term.
Billing Issues: If we can’t bill you, we’ll email you and keep trying your payment method until it goes through.
Why did my products arrive melted?
Our bath and body treats, including some Kandy Konfidential items, are made with natural ingredients that melt at body temperature for a luxurious feel. In warm weather, they might soften or melt during transit. They’re still usable—pop them in the fridge or freezer to firm up, then enjoy. We can’t replace or refund melted items, so store them in a cool, shady spot!
Can I return or exchange my order?
Typically, BathKandy doesn’t accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene and safety reasons. However, if something arrives damaged or faulty (not just melted), email team@bathkandy.com within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll provide a prepaid label for the return to Canada and work out a resolution—refund or replacement, based on availability. See our full return & refund policy for details.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
Nope, we keep it sweet! If we approve a return for a damaged or faulty item, you won’t pay any extra fees—just the cost of shipping back to us (unless we cover it).
How do I cancel or pause my subscription?
Cancellation: No hard feelings! Cancel your Kandy Konfidential subscription anytime through your BathKandy account dashboard before the billing date (the last day of the prior month). Once billed, you generally can’t get a refund for that month’s box. Email team@bathkandy.com if you need help!
Skipping/Pausing: Depending on your subscription type and timing, you may be able to skip or pause a month—check your account or contact us to see your options.
Single Orders: Cancel unshipped orders by emailing us ASAP with your order number. Once shipped, it’s under our return & refund policy
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
We craft our goodies with premium, natural ingredients, but every skin is different! Most are gentle, though some may have essential oils or fragrances. Check product descriptions, and do a patch test if you’re unsure. Need advice? We’re an email away!
How do I store my BathKandy products?
Store them in a cool, shady spot—like a drawer or shelf—away from sunlight. Think of them as bath-time candy that doesn’t love heat! If they melt, a quick chill in the fridge or freezer fixes them up.
Are your products vegan or cruelty-free?
All BathKandy products, including Kandy Konfidential items, are cruelty-free—no animal testing, ever! Many are vegan, but some contain milk, honey or beeswax. Check the details to find your faves.
Do you offer gift options?
Yes, please! BathKandy products and Kandy Konfidential subscriptions are perfect gifts. Add a gift note at checkout, and send it with love...and a ton of sweetness.
What if my package is delayed?
Shipping from can hit snags—like weather or logistics. Within Canada, delays are rare but possible. For farther destinations, customs or other factors might add time. Use your tracking number, and let us know if it’s stuck—we’ll do our best to help!
