Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with us. Here’s how we process and ship your order.
- Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Subscription Box Shipping
- Subscription boxes ship every two months (bi-monthly).
- Your first box ships within 15 business days of subscribing.
- Future boxes ship around the same date every other month, and you’ll be billed automatically at the time of renewal.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Non-Subscription Orders)
All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and carrier.
Within Canada (Domestic)
- Standard Shipping: approx. 1–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: approx. 1–3 business days
International
- Standard International Shipping: approx. 7–21 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, or peak seasons.
International Orders
- Customs, duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
- Customs processing and local postal conditions can extend delivery times beyond the estimates above.
- Warm Weather Notice: Some products may soften or melt in transit during hot weather. This does not affect their safety or performance. For details on how we handle melted items, please see our Refund Policy.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, or local postal partners. The carrier for your order is chosen automatically based on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for paying the reshipment fee.
- If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at team@bathkandy.com. We’ll investigate with the carrier and work with you in line with our Refund Policy to find a suitable solution.
