Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy purchases. This policy explains how cancellations work for each type.


1. Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select. Your payment method will be stored securely and charged automatically for each renewal unless you choose to cancel before the next billing date.

Managing or Canceling a Subscription

  • You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time through the link in your order confirmation email or through your BathKandy account dashboard.
  • Cancellations must be made before the billing date for the upcoming shipment.
    • Example: If your renewal is scheduled for April 30, you must cancel before that date to avoid being charged for the May/June box.
  • Once a subscription renewal has been billed, the order is considered final sale and is not eligible for cancellation or refund, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Returns for Subscription Boxes

Subscription boxes are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or faulty items (see Refund Policy Section 3).
Melting in transit, customs delays, or temperature-related changes do not qualify for refunds or replacements.


2. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to reserve items that are out of stock or coming soon.

Payment

We may:

  • Collect full payment at checkout, or
  • Collect a partial deposit and charge the remaining amount once the item is ready to ship.

Your payment method may be stored securely for this purpose.

Canceling a Pre-Order

  • You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.
  • Once a pre-order has been shipped, it becomes final sale and cannot be canceled.
  • Refunds for fulfilled pre-orders follow our Refund Policy, which only allows refunds for damaged or faulty items.

3. Try-Before-You-Buy

For eligible products, we may offer a try-before-you-buy option.

How It Works

  • Your payment method will be authorized (but not charged) at checkout.
  • You will have a set trial period to decide whether to keep the item.
  • If you choose to return the item, it must meet our Refund Policy requirements and be returned within the stated timeframe.

After the Trial Period

  • If you do not return the item within the allotted time, your payment method will be charged the full amount automatically.

Return Eligibility

Because our products are personal-use, skincare, and bath items:

  • Try-before-you-buy may only apply to non-hygiene items or special promotional products.
  • Used, opened, melted, or improperly stored items cannot be returned.
  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or faulty items (see Refund Policy).
